The CPPE 's workshop : “Positive Attitude for Increasing Efficiency in M&E”.

          On December 11, 2024, Dr. Chatchapol Sayaphan, Director of CPPE , presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop on “Creating a Positive Attitude to Increase Efficiency in Monitoring and Evaluation” in December 11-12, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 3rd Floor, Innovation Building, OAE, with Mr. Suwit Siritho, Director of DIAE, giving a report. The objectives of the workshop were to create a sustainable learning organization, create effective communication between teams through deep listening and creative discussion, build good relationships between teams, and create team participation in organizational development in all dimensions. The participants included personnel from the OAE totaling 80 people.

          The training consisted of lectures and practical exercises on “Creating a Positive Attitude to Increase Efficiency in Monitoring and Evaluation”, honored by Dr. Yongyut Wongphiromsanti, a member of the National Mental Health Commission. Being a lecturer to share knowledge on developing self-consciousness for daily life and working with energy and happiness, developing mindfulness in the team for working together with friendliness, and developing mindfulness in the organization to drive the organization's mission through effective discussions in meetings. During the training, there were questions and exchanges of knowledge by the participants. The knowledge gained by personnel of the OAE will be applied to the M&E.
